We just had the best experience at The Great Frame Up - Littleton and I feel like I have to share!! We’re getting something framed for our wedding, and from the second we walked in, everyone was just so genuinely nice and helpful. Sharina spent so much time with us, walking through frame options, explaining glass vs acrylic, and just really helping us figure out what made sense without ever making us feel rushed or pushed into anything. She wasn’t trying to upsell us or steer us toward the most expensive option, and was more than happy to work within our budget, which was honestly so refreshing with how expensive everything wedding-related can be. We also got to meet Melissa, the owner, and she was just as great. Super down to earth, easy to talk to, and you can tell she really cares about her team, and the experience people have in her shop. It honestly just felt like one of those places where people enjoy what they do and care about doing it well, which you don’t always find!! If you need anything framed, I’d absolutely recommend going here. And honestly, if you’re having an off day, the people (Summer, Calynn, Vivian, Sharina) alone will turn it around!!

Calynn was fantastic! She was primarily helping me out. However, all of the staff were extremely friendly and very polite. It was great to see a younger staff that actually cared about what they were doing. Most young staff I interact with anywhere act like customers are a pain. I am super happy with the service I was provided here and I can't wait to see the finished product when I get it back!!!!!!
